This is an onsite, cross-functional position requiring five days a week in our San Francisco office.As an IT Operations Engineer, you'll be part of the Security & IT teams. You will be Harvey's IT operations and support subject matter expert. You'll be responsible for day-to-day administration, operations, support, troubleshooting and lifecycle management of Harvey's end-user tech stack. This includes, and is not limited to, supporting Harvey's AV infrastructure, macOS endpoints, Google Workspace, Rippling, 1Password, Slack, Notion and Zoom.Responsibilities
Best of class onboarding experienceManage IT onboarding and offboarding which includes end-user lifecycle and endpoint management
Manage IT onboarding training and work closely with Harvey Operations to deliver a best-in-class experience
Ops & SupportImplement and drive the adoption of IT operations and support best practices
Create, manage and update end-user documentation
Manage IT asset inventory
Take ownership of daily on-going maintenance, support and administration of Harvey's end-user tech stack (including Google Workspace/Rippling Admin)
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues with conference room AV
Office buildsSet up, manage and troubleshoot conference room AV systems and end-user network connections for first-day of business
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s preferred
5+ years of experience troubleshooting, supporting and administering end-user endpoints at fast growth startups
3+ years of experience supporting Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, LDAP, etc. at fast-growth startups
3+ years support Microsoft environments at fast-growth startups
3+ years managing AV at fast-growth startups
