QA Engineer
to join our team!You will be part of a Fintech team with the mission to manage and enhance our client's platform modernisation.You will work closely with the development and product teams to integrate quality assurance measures into the Agile process, ensuring timely and high-quality software releases. You will contribute to developing automated tests and ensuring continuous integration flows and high quality development.HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:Developing and executing test automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing;Designing and implementing test plans and test cases;Developing and executing automated UI and functional tests on real devices and emulators;Enhancing and maintaining automated CI flows;Working with Software Engineers to ensure the right levels of test automation;Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;Being motivated to keep learning about test automation;Breaking things and finding problems!YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Automation;Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;Experience in defining & implementing Test Automation strategies in large IT organisations, ideally working in an Agile framework operating a CI/CD DevOps approach;Previous experience with Playwright, Jest, Insomnia, Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter;Skills in Jenkins, Git and Confluence;A thorough understanding of TDD and BDD techniques including Gerkin, Cucumber syntax;Flexibility and ability to travel and work on client sites;Experience in Fintech projects is a must;Knowledge of Cypress is a plus;Fluency in English.We'd love to get to know you better!THE PERKS OF BECOMING A MINDER:Private medical subscriptionPrivate medical subscription for childrenCounseling and psychotherapy servicesReimbursement for eyeglassesSelf-proposal salary processAnnual profit distribution, subject to company performance and board decisionMindera Unit PlanFlexible benefits options (sports, medical, cultural, donations)Trainings and learning opportunities to grow within your roleCoaching and development guidance25 days holiday (+ bank holidays)Flexibility to choose where you work fromVacation incentiveParties, gatherings & trips
