Translating schematics into layout used for the creation of fabrication reticules.Debugging problems, finding effective solutions, and negotiating with the engineering staff.Meeting all engineering and process related criteria needed for an assigned NAND product.Organizing and prioritizing logistics and resource allocations to meet scheduled deadlines, and proactively developing methodologies for issue resolution.Working with Design and other engineering groups to apply multiple layout techniques for the design and verification of array, digital, and analog circuits.Qualifications
Understanding various circuit design protocols, different fab processes, mask generation techniques, and tapeout processes and procedures.Demonstrating a high level of technical competence.Strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC, layout issues.Achieving high overall ratings on performance reviews and demonstrating sustained performance in fundamental layout skills.Coordinating with TD, design, and layout to deliver on schedule with quality.Mentoring Junior team members.Communicating effectively across functional groups e.g. TD, design, verification, and CAD.Good understanding of design rules and delivering with quality layout.Strong layout floor planning skills and custom routing.Delivering on schedule quality mid-size blocks, including signal and floorplan in core/pitch and periphery area.Proficiency using VXL on periphery blocks.Executing secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO, and DFM.15 years of experienceThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $79.25 - $134.50.Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
