The Data and Machine Learning Innovation (DMLI) team is looking for a passionate program manager to bring efficiency, process, and standardization to the organization. This position will play a meaningful role in the DMLI Chief of Staff team. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate would possess strong project management competence, distinctive analytical skills, and be great with people.DescriptionDrive the annual, quarterly, and ongoing strategic planning exercises. Includes the coordination, planning, execution, and accountability to follow-up of these sessions. Drive accountability and execution of the operational rhythms of the org and improve the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field.3+ years experience working in a tech company.Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with a ML research team is a plus.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
