As a Business Process Senior Consultant, you will work in an architect role on projects and other services engagements like migration assessments, health checks, etc. to direct and guide the team, provide solution design, and deliver SAP Incentive Management solutions for our customers to realize their desired business values and outcomes. You will be responsible for working in all phases of the project’s life cycle to include Readiness, Analysis, Design, Configure, Test, and Deployment of the solution. Utilizing your functional, technical and product expertise, you will work with the SAP and customer team to deliver best in class solutions for our customers.
The Role
Lead the solution and architectural design and implementation of SAP Incentive solutions to meet business requirements.
Assist project team develop overall project plans, test plans, deployment plans, etc.
Design and help configure SAP Incentive Management to optimize performance and scalability.
Conduct workshops to understand customer’s needs and business scenarios and deliver the most fitting solutions.
Conduct health checks for Customer implementations and provide feedback to best leverage product features and functionalities.
Act as a project leader wherever necessary.
Conduct technical training on new product and technical capabilities for customers, partners and internal team members.
Provide support in escalated projects.
Support of pre-sales activities.
Help improve the services delivery methodology including process, procedures and tool.
Develop assets and accelerators to enable quality and consistent implementations efficiently.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
10+ Years experience in SAP Incentive Management implementations with specialization in at least one workstream and associated tools. Specialization in integration workstream would be a differentiator.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer management and handling escalation skills.
Ability to lead through influence and establish as a trusted advisor with all stakeholders.
Ability to communicate technically and in business terms.
Comfortable presenting in front of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Business acumen in sales operations, sales compensation, incentive strategies or other related processes is a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English skills.
Resilient in a changing environment.
Able to prioritize and manage across multiple deliverables and stakeholder groups.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

The targeted combined range for this position is 105,200 - 228,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
