Job Summary:
The Family Partner will work closely with children and families experiencing behavioral issues, providing support, resources, and advocacy. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative relationship between the child care center and families to ensure the well-being and development of the children. Key Responsibilities: Support and Advocacy:
Provide direct support to families, helping them navigate behavioral challenges and access necessary resources. Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with child care staff, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Resource Coordination:
Connect families with community resources, including mental health services, educational programs, and social services. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, care plans, and progress reports. Outreach:
