provides leadership and strategic direction for staffing/people plans, performance, structural needs, development, and retention tactics to meet strategic and operational goals and effectively enable people strategies, processes, and support for the organization. This role is responsible for building and leading a team of intentional, business-focused HR Partners and managers whose mission is to maximize the businesses' deployment and performance of its human capital. Additionally tasked with developing insight-driven and agile people strategies tailored to our business in order to deliver on our mission to be #1 in Employee and Customer hearts. This role will drive Organization Development, proactively leveraging insights and best practices to build highly effective organizations that meet the changing needs of the business.Un-carrier ResponsibilitiesLead a team of HR professionals and managers, providing day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, career counseling, and development.Act as trusted advisor and partner to senior business leaders to guide the long- & short-term strategic workforce direction/vision while achieving strategic, financial and human talent objectives.Develop and deploy human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps.Recommend and partner with leaders to implement tools and processes designed to improve leadership, management, and employee performance, productivity, satisfaction, and business results.Oversee the implementation of enterprise HR programs.Own organizational development strategies and facilitate organization design planning for the function, including Organization Effectiveness, Mergers & Acquisitions and Change Management strategies.Drive business transformation, culture change, and talent consultancy within the organization to achieve business outcomes focused on diagnosing, advising, and assisting in solutioning complex organizational/people challenges to ensure a home for world-class talent.Work with COEs to develop specific programs to meet the short- and long-term needs of the business, including recruiting strategy, succession planning programs for key contributor and management positions, development programs preparing employees for more significant responsibilities, compensation planning to ensure market competitiveness, retention plans for high caliber talent, etc.The Experience You’ll BringMore than 10 years’ experience in a similar role, focused on guiding/driving business workforce strategy, organizational design/planning, workforce planning & forecasting, and change management.Strong business and financial acumen combined with experience in the business.Extensive experience in people management.Maintain confidentiality.Experience in Strategic planning, Workforce planning, and Organizational Design.Ability to influence and consult across the business.HR operations and systems.Data and trend analysis.Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s/Advanced Degree preferred.Minimum RequirementsAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel : Travel Required (Yes/No): YesDOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoBase Pay Range: $215,200 - $291,200Corporate Bonus Target: 35%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
