This role plays a pivotal part in crafting the future of our workforce and driving strategies that align with our ambitious business objectives. Developing and completing HR strategies that align with departmental and site HR objectives.Acting as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership teams, both locally and globally.Offering mentorship in employee engagement, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, organizational development, and change management.Serving as a coach, mentor, and subject matter expert to foster high-performing teams and drive profitable growth.Acting as the Deputy to the Head of HR, supporting strategy development for the site, especially in Houston.Leading the Sterility Assurance Board and providing oversight to ensure compliance with US and international aseptic processing requirements.Assessing facility and quality systems for compliance and participating in developing action plans to address deficiencies.Supporting regulatory and client audits as the Aseptic Sterility Assurance subject matter expert.Managing a team of 1-2 specialists, offering mentorship and support to Operations and QA/QC specialists.Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.Extensive experience with US, EU, and other regulations.Proven experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Advanced experience in aseptic manufacturing and processing in a GMP environment.Demonstrated expertise in managing a Quality Assurance staff.Outstanding skill in developing, documenting, and managing microbial control strategies for production processes.Why Lonza?
