Our company encourages diversity and inclusion in all its forms while our products make the world a more beautiful, safer, and sustainable home.What’s the job?Will develop and facilitate the implementation of a strategic plan designed to move the manufacturing plant toward world-class stature in employee engagement and human resource processes.Conducts workforce planning, organizational assessments, and succession planning with leadership steering committee.Identifies internal and external resources to address gaps in skills and capabilities needed for the effective and efficient operation of the plant.Manages and teaches risk mitigation as it relates to employee and labor relations.Direct and oversee performance management systems and processes (annual reviews, one-on-one coaching, progressive discipline, investigations).Develop and implement and ensure consistent application of employee and plant policies and procedures.In collaboration with leadership team, oversee communications processes and systems within the plant.Lead, support, develop direct reports. Develop short- and long-range objectives, work assignments, workload balancing, and accountabilities.Manages Employee Leave compliance programs, including FMLA, STD, and LTD.Supports the plant preparation and coordination of internal audits, safety workouts.Is this job for you?

What do you bring?Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar field.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.5+ years of HR Management experience required.5+ years of experience in a union setting preferred.Must be able to flex schedule to support a 24/7 operation.Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $99,900 to $154,800 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
