You will work directly with clients, manage complex transactions, and contribute to the firm's success through strategic legal counsel and meticulous execution of agreements.

Salary:

$285,000.00 - $435,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee a broad spectrum of complex real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leasing, and financing arrangements.

Provide comprehensive legal support to clients, ensuring all their real estate transactions are executed meticulously.

Engage directly with clients, delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Navigate and manage development, property management, and joint venture agreements.

Facilitate borrower-side financing and fund-related transactions, adhering to all legal standards and client expectations.

Collaborate within a team-oriented atmosphere to drive the growth and success of the national real estate practice.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

JD from a top-tier law school with high academic standing.

Active Illinois Bar admission.

Minimum of 5 years of extensive transactional real estate experience.

Proven track record in handling complex real estate agreements and transactions.

Previous experience within a large law firm environment.

Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing.

Background in fund experience relating to real estate investments.
