The candidate will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. Will prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents; conduct legal research. Prepare exhibits and exhibit notebooks. Prepare for and attend legal proceedings. Provide legal advice to clients. Conduct court hearings and trials. Maintain detailed and accurate client records. Familiarity with family law is required; trial experience is preferred.
