Only candidates with U.S. Work Authorization will be considered.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Social Media and Communications Manager who can blend data-driven strategy with creative execution. This role will oversee aspects of the bank's communications and social media presence, from developing high-level strategies to creating and publishing engaging content. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, comfortable with both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementDevelop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) hand in hand with the design agency.Personally manage day-to-day social media operations, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.Monitor trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on emerging platforms and opportunities.Track and report on KPIs and campaign results.Monitor, respond to, and create reports on customer interactions across various digital channels (social media, Google, etc.).Communications StrategyOversee all external communications, ensuring consistency in voice and message.Develop and maintain the company's communications calendar.Write and edit various communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and corporate communications.Collaborate with various departments to effectively communicate company initiatives, product launches, and news.Guarantee alignment across areas and work hand in hand with different areas in Brazil.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.5+ years of experience in social media management and communications.Proven track record of growing social media engagement and executing successful communications campaigns.Excellent copywriting and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in our industry sector.Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.Familiarity with PR practices and media relations.Photography and video editing skills.Experience managing a team or external vendors.Required SkillsStrategic planning and execution.Content creation and curation.Data analysis and reporting.Crisis communication.Brand voice development and maintenance.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Tools ProficiencySocial media platforms (expert level).Social media management tools.Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).Content creation software.Project management tools.Microsoft Office Suite.Key AttributesSelf-starter with a hands-on mentality.Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.Ability to switch between creative and analytical thinking.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date with the latest trends and tools, constantly bringing insights not only from the banking industry but from different segments and markets (including luxury).Reporting StructureThis position reports to the Head of Marketing, Client Experience and Channels and may oversee external vendors or future team members as the department grows.Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/V/D.
