DescriptionThe Technical Writer shall be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing technical documentation across multiple media formats. Documentation shall be related to but not limited to system access policies and procedures, system architecture, deployed software products, user-facing tutorials, SOPs, EULAs, Security Policies, How to Guides, and internal team policies and procedures.

ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

ExperienceSix (6) years' experience as a TW in production and/or editing of technical documents to include specific experience in writing for non-technical audiences (relevant degree in science, math, information systems, or engineering can be substituted for up to two (2) years of experience only.) Bachelors degree in STEM related field from an accredited college or university is desired.

Required skills:Experience providing Technical Writing support within Engineering teamsExperienced user of the latest release of Microsoft Office (or equivalent) productsAdditionally, in accordance with any particular task, the candidate shall have a combination of the following skills:Ability to consolidate technical inputs and analyses, and produce a logical, understandable documentAbility to read and modify engineering drawings/specificationsAbility to interpret, absorb, synthesize large quantities of engineering or technical information for non-technical readersAbility to enter technical studies, metadata, and data into relational databasesAbility to upload content on websites using COTS web authoring toolsAbility to integrate existing graphics into documents using various COTS toolsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience with latest release of Microsoft OfficeBenefitsErias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
