Role Overview:
As a
Marketing Manager
at Formula Fig, you will develop and execute marketing activations. Your role will focus on creating compelling and revenue-driving activations in Fig Bars and online that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Formula Fig’s brand values and business goals. Focus on optimizing digital channels, paid marketing, and content strategies to drive growth, especially in key markets like Los Angeles.
Partnership Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with skincare, lifestyle, and other potential partners to drive brand visibility and guest engagement through digital and physical channels.
Digital Campaign Planning and Execution : Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and scheduling of digital campaigns across social media, email/SMS, ensuring they are on-brand, guest-centric, and conversion-focused.
Performance Tracking and Reporting : Establish clear goals and KPIs for each digital initiative. Regularly track and report on the performance of campaigns and channels to demonstrate impact, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI.
Brand-Building Initiatives : Develop and implement digital initiatives that enhance Formula Fig's reputation as a leader in experiential skincare retail. Leverage physical and digital channels to create hype, awareness, and guest loyalty.
Revenue Growth Focus : Prioritize revenue-generating opportunities through digital marketing, ensuring a balanced approach between brand visibility and financial objectives. Optimize online sales funnels and drive traffic to both Fig Bars and the website.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the Retail, Product, and Guest Concierge teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximum impact across all physical and digital marketing efforts, with a focus on guest experience and acquisition.
Guest Engagement and Experience : Enhance guest experience through personalized and innovative physical and digital interactions. Utilize email, SMS, and social media to drive guest acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand activations and cross functional management.
Proven track record of successful partnership activations, particularly in a retail or experiential environment.
Strong understanding of the Los Angeles market
Excellent negotiation and partnership-building skills.
Ability to set and measure clear goals and KPIs, with a strong data-driven approach to marketing.
Creative thinker with a passion for experiential marketing and a deep understanding of brand-building strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
