The Data Strategy and Governance organization is seeking highly motivated and innovative thought leaders to serve in the role of Lead Enterprise Data Governance Professionals. This role will work to move the enterprise forward in the education and application of data governance best practices and principles. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, collaborative, proactive, and possess high emotional intelligence sensitive to the varying and competing needs and dynamics of different constituencies.
The Lead Enterprise Data Governance Professional is responsible for supporting Data Governance activities across the enterprise through facilitating and enabling data governance best practices by guiding and consulting with the enterprise data stewardship community (including, but not limited to, Data Stewards, IT Custodians, Data Analytics Stewards, and other key stakeholders). This role would directly influence the Enterprise Business Partners and the Stewardship community.
This role is also going to support various critical initiatives which would include evaluating and validating criticality of data through prioritization of the most critical business, assessing and evaluating data quality, sources and outbound data implications against business and implementing, tracking, and monitoring remediation activities. This role will support the team by providing advanced analytics to enhance our risk metrics, while continuously measuring performance against data governance and data stewardship KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with various Business & IT partners to drive the collection and maintenance of key business metadata including data definitions, data quality rules, and data lineage.
Ensure data adheres to all business and enterprise standards and frameworks.
Socialize the value of the Data Governance program including benefits for stakeholders, rules for engagement, and the enforcement of data policies and standards with operational procedures and governed solutions.
Work collaboratively in the business area/data subject area by continually measuring performance to data governance and data stewardship KPIs (e.g., data quality) and facilitate methods to address exceptions to predetermined thresholds, monitoring through completion.
Help define the area’s support structure, processes, and mentoring for data stewardship implementation.
Liaison to the enterprise Data Governance Leadership Council (DGLC) and subcommittees.
Provide advanced analytics to support our Risk Metrics.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with data governance.
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Prior data governance and/or data quality focused technology experience a plus.
Data Steward Certification.
Project Management.
SQL, Python, Power BI.

Pay Range:
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,300 - $158,600 per year.
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
