The

Team Leader

is responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships. They are also responsible for overseeing staff charged with the design, development, delivery and management of site and residential land development projects, as well as public works and municipal projects. The Team Leader position provides an excellent opportunity for personal & professional growth, participation in our leadership training program, as well as the opportunity to have a strong leadership role in the growth and development of the team. The Team Leader position in our Katy office is a key position for TNP’s continued growth in the Houston area. This individual must be technically strong in all aspects of civil engineering, be self-motivated, and have a good sense of pursuing opportunities in the Houston market while growing and developing a team in the Katy office.
