And if that’s you, we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Innovation Platform Software Engineer Intern will assist in the development of the company’s Innovation vision and strategy as applied to the internal web platform. As part of a new organization, this person will work in a small-scale scrum/agile environment with the freedom to implement full features for a newly adopted web application. This internship is a full-time role that starts in June 2025 and ends in August 2025.Your Responsibilities:Implement features based on user stories and acceptance criteriaTest features using both manual testing and unit testingLeverage Jira and Confluence in support of a SAFe agile/scrum environmentUse Git to manage code and feature deliveryDebug and resolve issues that arise when implementing features or bug fixesEngage in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code qualityInvestigate technical topics and present findings to the teamConclude summer with readout to leadership on completed workBenefits:Hands-on experience working on an internal innovative software projectMentorship and guidance from industry professionalsOpportunities to develop technical and professional skillsExposure to a collaborative and dynamic work environmentParticipation in networking events and company culture activitiesThe Essentials - Basic Qualifications:You must be currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
