This is 100% inbound new and existing customers - no cold calling!Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customersAssess each customer's needs and offer the best valueDemonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goalsBuild and maintain customer relationshipsDocument customer information including demographic, billing, etc.Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfactionCompensation$17.75/hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Target compensation is $64,000/year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers make well over six figures annually!
