Perform complex administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the global defense sector and client leaders. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and ensure appropriate level of discretion while handling highly sensitive and confidential data. Support full range of administrative functions, including heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling for multiple executives, manage and organize travel schedules, support leadership visits and staff events within the region, prepare meeting materials with high attention to detail, and submit expense reports in compliance with policy. Assist the executives in managing daily workloads and adjust for revised priorities.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience providing executive level support in a large corporate environmentExperience with travel management and expense reportingExperience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to display expert level calendar managementAbility to display attention to detail, including proofreading correspondence with high degree of accuracyAbility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraphHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience with event planningBachelor's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
