About Our ClientMy client is a Top national ENR General Contractor that is building $50M-$500M+ projects nationally. While keeping a tight-knit culture, the business has seen impressive growth in the last few years. They have a client-centric focus and build almost exclusively large mission-critical projects (i.e., healthcare, datacenter, and extensive MEP). The business is seeking a Project Manager with datacenter experience to join the team due to its rapid growth.Job DescriptionReporting into the Director of Construction, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following:Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.Provide leadership to project team.Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations.Establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and manage its implementation.May work with the preconstruction team in the development of the project.Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Project Manager will have the following:7+ years' experience in Construction Project Management.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.OSHA certification preferred.Project management software proficient.Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff.What's on OfferThe successful Project Manager candidate will receive the following:$120-160k base salary.Yearly bonuses based on project and individual performance.Excellent benefits program that includes insurance and 401k match.Vehicle allowance and gas card.Eligible for company-paid 1 month sabbatical after 5 years.
