SummaryDLA Piper is seeking a transactional Franchise & Distribution counsel to join its practice. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of regulatory U.S. franchising experience. International franchise and M&A experience is also a plus. Candidates can work in one of our 22 offices or can work remotely. Responsibilities will include drafting various franchise-related agreements and regulatory filings (e.g., franchise disclosure documents), providing advice related to complex business transactions, and counseling domestic and international clients. Candidates should have a strong academic record, superior organizational, drafting, and analytical skills, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
