Job Overview:

Candidates with a dedication to justice, excellent analytical skills, and a desire to work on challenging cases are encouraged to apply.Duties:Engage in complex litigation, including drafting and arguing motions.Participate in discovery processes, including managing ESI (electronically stored information).Take depositions and make court appearances.Work collaboratively with diverse legal teams while also being capable of handling individual responsibilities.Lead or support litigation efforts from inception through trial and appeal.Contribute to high-stakes class action lawsuits, standing up against corporations that harm consumers.Attend settlement conferences and engage in negotiations.Opportunity to work on pro bono matters and develop a personalized legal practice.Provide leadership within the firm’s flat organizational structure.Requirements:3-7 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) or a completed federal clerkship.Demonstrated courtroom experience, including depositions and trial work.Proven ability to manage complex discovery and ESI.Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on legal writing and analysis.Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar.Certifications:California State Bar License in good standing.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Leadership qualities and ability to mentor others.Proficiency in managing complex discovery processes.Experience with taking depositions and court appearances.Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.Job Location:Santa Monica, CACompany info
