Who we are looking for:
VML is seeking an Account Manager to support the day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs. You will be one of the client contacts on a new account, ensuring client approvals are secured, client objectives are achieved, and timelines and budgets are met. You will communicate externally with the client(s) and internally with the project team to keep all apprised of project status, updates and changes.What you'll do:Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust, sound counsel, responsiveness to client needs and flawless executionCollaborate with creative, project management, production, and/or media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions for clientServe as creative and executional project lead; guide the day-to-day development of client marketing projects from start to finish; secure required client approvals (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedulesDevelop and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materialsReview all documents and creative work prior to submitting to client for reviewKeep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutionsOrganize client presentations, meetings and conference calls, and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reportsCapture and interpret program results, summarize findings, and work with senior team members to recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forwardWho you are:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients to successfully accomplish workStrong attention to detail, organization, and professionalismAbility to effectively managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneouslyProactive approach and positive attitudeWhat you'll need:1-3 years of advertising or marketing experienceAgency experience preferredKnowledge and interest in Commerce/Shopper marketing & retailer ecosystemWhat we offer:Passionate, driven people

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
