•A minimum of 5 - 7 years of Product Owner experience in Banking & Financial services•Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience•Proven experience as a Product Owner in the B2B payments industry, with a strong understanding of RTP, ACH, and FedNow systems•Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework•Excellent communication and collaboration skills•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment•Experience with Zelle or other real-time payment systems•Familiarity with payment hub integration with other backend systems for payment processing•Translate complex business needs into technical solution requirements and interact with the Software developers, architects, and other technical team members to build the payment systems•Having solid understanding of software development practices, system design & architecture, API development, cloud and database concepts, and ability to analyze software code•Experienced in System Integrated Testing (SIT) and API Testing•Experienced in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions using software programming languages.
