Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician - Full Time

**Job Overview:**REnVisioning Technology, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve leading a small team of technicians in the installation of audio visual systems for our commercial clients in MA and NH. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.**Responsibilities:**- Lead a team of technicians in the installation of audio visual systems, including but not limited to: displays, projectors, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems- Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation process- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion- Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all company policies and procedures**Requirements:**- 3+ years of experience in commercial audio visual installation- Strong knowledge of audio visual equipment and systems- Experience leading a team of technicians- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Must be able to pass a drug test- Preferred Certifications: CTS or CTS-I, OSHA 10, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Clearone, and Cisco Certifications**Benefits:**- Paid Vacation- Paid Holidays- Medical/Dental- Bonus program- Gym MembershipSalary Range: $30 to $90 (prevailing wage) per hourIf you are looking to take the next step in your audio visual installation career and work with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for the Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician position at REnVisioning Technology, LLC.
