How will you make a difference?

As the Executive Assistant, you'll work directly with the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will engage in strategic initiatives, manage complex scheduling, and handle high-level administrative responsibilities for the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and leadership. Responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the decision-making process and organizing all employee in-service activities. This role requires a skilled professional with strong analytical abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the capability to manage high-level executive functions for the CEO. The utmost level of confidentiality and discretion is a requirement.

ResponsibilitiesCalendar and Meeting Management:

Oversee the CEO's complex calendar, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate and execute meetings, board sessions, and hospital events, including preparing agendas and necessary materials.Communication and Correspondence:

Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing communication flow to and from the CEO. Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.Confidentiality and Professionalism:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Financial and Database Management:

Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets to accurately track expenses and credit card reconciliations.Documentation and Follow-up:

Record comprehensive meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure accountability and timely completion.Initiates, coordinates, and oversees the collection of applicable documentation required for the verification of medical staff credentials at hire and for reappointment of existing medical staff while working closely with the CEO and Medical DirectorMaintains and ensures all areas of physician/licensed practitioners credential files are current and are properly tracked/recorded.Assists in the preparation of licensing and accreditation surveys and/or applications.

Flexibly respond to changing priorities and tasks to effectively support the CEO's needs.Your Experience Matters

What we're looking for:

Education:

Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:

At least three (3) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care settingQualifications:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and create insightful reports.Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with HRIS systems,

preferably Paycom

Compensation:

This is a full-time role; the expected compensation range is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Executive Assistant!

Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for a year-end bonus based on the overall performance of the Hospital and any additional department specific metrics.
