United Water Restoration Group is seeking an outgoing and self-confident individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish to help us grow the company. We are a family-owned and operated business with locations throughout the state of Florida, specializing in disaster recovery and restoration due to flooding, fires, and natural disasters, as well as mold remediation and restoration.
As a Strategic Business Development Representative for the growing Hispanic market in Orlando, you will have the opportunity to directly drive sales and increase the company's market share. As we grow, this will also create growth opportunities within the organization!
Job responsibilities include:
Making sales calls to Plumbing Companies, Roofing Contractors, General Contractors, Insurance Adjusters, Insurance Agents, Home Inspectors, etc. (referral sources) to have them recommend our company to their clients.Actively seeking and developing strong relationships with referral sources and business partners to generate more business for our company.Hosting marketing events to boost awareness of our company and enhance participation in our referral program or other programs.Managing customer resources (CRM): recording all interactions in CRM and other software to provide the company leadership and team with an accurate picture of your activities and the status of referral sources.Managing social media: collecting images/information/news from other team members and converting them into "social media news" that will drive awareness of our brand and company.Providing feedback to company leaders based on referral sources, insights on job performance, competitive advantages, and improvement opportunities during biweekly sales meetings.Maintaining detailed records of your activities, expenses, and interactions with referral sources.Required characteristics/skills:
Confident, outgoing, and pleasantDriven to meet sales goalsResilient and unfazed by indifference or rejectionOpen to feedback and learningStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and SpanishStrong customer service focus and ability to handle customer complaintsOnline marketing skills or experience is a plus, but not required.Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalentGood driving record and ability to pass background checksCompensation and Benefits:
