Job description
We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable, outgoing and professional candidate to grow with Ancala Country Club in a F&B supervisory role. As a private country club we pride ourselves on service, leadership and legacy.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Supervises, trains and monitors the performance of assigned staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to department and location standards.
Essential Functions:Interacts with guests; promoting food & beverage facilities, products and services.Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns.Coordinating with Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution of food.Maintains food quality and service standards for location.Maintains accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels.Maintains cleanliness and organization of food & beverage work areas and facility.Supervises event set up and break down procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location.Maintains complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function and communicates expectations and to banquet staff.Provides direct service to guests as needed, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests and general clerical/cashier duties.Supervises banquet staff; ensures quality service is provided to guests.Support all activities within the club to ensure exceptional member experience.Oversees F&B outlets during serviceControls food & beverage costs including payroll, equipment, supplies and products.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years banquet and or F&B supervisory experience; excellent people and communication skills. Proven experience supervising banquet staff in an event setting and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform restaurant & bar services. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
