Position Summary

The Manager, Total Rewards will support both the Benefits and Compensation functions at e.l.f. and will work closely with many stakeholders, both within the People organization, cross-functionally and with external vendors. The position will contribute to a wide range of projects and support the e.l.f. Team with various deliverables throughout the year including bi-annual people discussions, benefits open enrollment and equity administration.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development, design, planning and implementation of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs (Total Rewards) for the e.l.f. team across all geographies.Partner, consult and collaborate with business leaders and the People team to develop Total Rewards strategies that effectively attract and retain talent.Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to legal requirements in compensation and benefits practices.Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in Total Rewards management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Lead the benefits annual renewal process in the United States, including cost assessment and proposals for new programs or program changes. Support benefits programs in all other countries where e.l.f. does business.Lead annual open enrollment in the US, including communications and promotion of the Company's benefit programs.Manage annual equity refresh grant and quarterly equity grant process for all employees. Work directly with 3rd party administrator on grants and vests in equity administration system, currently Morgan Stanely/E*TRADE.Oversee the administration of leave of absence in partnership with external provider.Assist with executing the bi-annual people discussion process in partnership with the VP, People. Administer all promotions and pay changes per meeting outcomes as well as annual cost of living adjustments.Develop and/or redesign strategies, plans, systems, tools, processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of total rewards programs/processes.Lead the integration of benefits and compensation programs for strategic acquisitions. Work with People and business leaders to successfully bring new employees on board.Collaborate with the People team to identify areas for improvement and understand employee feedback related to total rewards programs, enabling better retention of top talent.Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start up like environment.Proven ability in benefits strategy and administration.Proven ability in compensation program execution; experience with equity-based compensation and E*TRADE platform a plus.Thrives in working independently, while partnering and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; comfortable handling the unexpected and balancing multiple priorities.Ability to perform analysis of data (e.g., compensation data, business outcomes, etc.) and present results clearly and concisely.Demonstrated ability to communicate concepts, make presentations and present complex written information and findings in a highly professional manner.Strong problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like MS Teams, and leveraging virtual meeting tools for training delivery (i.e. Zoom, Teams, etc.).

$100,000 - $110,000 a year
