They will be willing to get their real estate license quickly to better support the team (unless they already have it, which is a plus) and wish to serve the owner at a VERY HIGH LEVEL.
The mission of this role is to stay five steps ahead of their leader, tracking all of the administrative details, and clearing the path for them to make their greatest contribution to our business. They will be a key asset to the Founder and CEO by anticipating needs at an exceptionally high level, allowing them to develop a vision and strategy for all aspects of the company so that we can reach our mission, revenue, and profitability goals. We are looking for someone to grow in this position to be the right hand of the CEO. The most important responsibility of the Assistant is to ensure that administrative tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity to support the initiatives of the CEO.
Compensation:Salary range - $100,000 - $125,000 annuallyBonus potentialReferral opportunities
Responsibilities
• Supports the owner in any and all tasks that need to be handled. This could include picking up laundry, calling to schedule doctor appointments and more.

Vision Integration & Strategy Execution:
Translate the CEO's vision into actionable strategies, systems, and processes. Drive company goals by creating structured frameworks that support organizational growth.•
High-Level People Management:
Lead, support, and develop team members with a strong emphasis on accountability and growth. Establish clear expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.•
Project & Operations Management:
Oversee and manage project timelines, tracking progress to ensure efficiency and adaptability. Support all office operations to uphold consistency and quality across the board.•
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, approve transactions, and maintain financial discipline across multiple business entities. Assist with budget preparation for all of the CEO's business interests.•
Meeting & Calendar Management:
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and manage complex calendars for the CEO and Executive Team. This includes scheduling, email management, and ensuring alignment across all engagements.•
KPI Development & Tracking:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department. Ensure that all teams are aligned and accountable for reaching their goals.•
Process Development & Implementation:
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all business functions. Manage systems for contact database management and back-office support.•
Personal & Professional Administrative Support:
Handle a wide range of personal and professional tasks for the CEO, from coordinating travel to ordering gifts. Serve as a reliable point of contact, running errands and attending in-person and video meetings as needed.•
Communication & Reporting:
Communicate on the CEO's behalf both internally and externally. Run regular reports to keep the CEO informed of business performance and goal progression.•
Long-Term Strategic Planning:
Assist in long-term planning related to business initiatives, partnerships, and new opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.•
Hiring & Onboarding Support:
Participate in future hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure new team members are aligned with company values and goals.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in supporting an executive at a high level.• Outstanding organization.• Strong attention to detail.• MUST be able to demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.• Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly.• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once.• Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong problem-solving abilities.• Discretion and confidentiality.• Customer service focus.• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and working vehicle.• Comfortable handling strong personalities and resolving time-sensitive issues.• Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists.• This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to free the owner to do what is most important.
