Senior Business Insights Analyst
General Summary & Scope•The MerchOps Business Intelligence team provides data and analytical solutions to support the Merchandising organization's objectives.•Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations) to ensure comprehensive solutions and dependencies are effectively managed.•Partner with IT teams to understand key merchandising and BI applications, acting as a liaison between the business and technical sides.•As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, leverage your analytical expertise to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that provide visibility and improve Merchandising processes.•Focus on Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.•Work closely with MerchOps BI leadership to prioritize requests spanning projects, enhancements, ad-hoc needs, documentation, and system testing.•Exposure to various technologies: HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases on the backend; Tableau and WEBI as front-end tools.•Participate in the training and expansion of skills in GCP, Python, and Power BI as team needs evolve.
