Your New Role

Under WBD Global Archives and Preservation Services, Warner Bros. Discovery Archives is responsible for the selection, collection, description, storage, and preservation of Warner Bros. Discovery corporate and production assets. Our department provides our holdings for use in worldwide promotional and marketing activities in support of Production, Tours, Events, and Museum exhibitions. We provide complete logistics, design, sourcing, installation, and overall project management services.

The Asset Coordinator supports the Warehouse Supervisor and Archivists who oversee WBD Global Archives assets, worldwide. The primary responsibility of this role is to pull and restock assets, house and re-house assets, perform packing and crating activities, load and off-load shipments, and update our asset-related record keeping, as needed.

Your Role AccountabilitiesUnder supervision, inventory, house & re-house assets following archival standardsAssist in the condition reporting, loading, packing, and crating of all assets leaving storage, including security check-outAssist in the condition reporting, off-loading, unpacking and uncrating of assets received into storage, including security check-inPull and repack/re-shelve assets within our storage facilitiesArrange and perform security marking of assets, as neededAssist in facility storage consolidation projects and daily maintenanceAssist in setting up logisticsProvide measurements (weights and dimensions), as needed Enter inventory data into various Archives databases Perform other administrative tasks, as neededSupport ad hoc research, installations, exhibits, events, and auction preparationsQualifications & Experience

1-2 years of Archive or related experience, preferred.CA Driver's License RequiredPrevious experience working with inventory systems, preferredPrevious experience working in a warehouse environment, preferredBA in Archives studies, preferredEquipment Operating Certification, preferred (If do not have, must obtain within 30 days of starting.)Excellent organizational, time management skills, and communication skillsCandidate must possess excellent customer service skillsMust be able to work collaborativelyMust be able to work independentlyExperience operating an Order Picker and Forklift (certification can be obtained on the job)Must be able to lift boxes 35-40 lbs.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,963.00 - $66,789.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
