Plant Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team of managers tasked with making it run.Plant Manager should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.Plant Manager will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.ResponsibilitiesDirect supervision of Scheduler, Production Manager and MaintenanceDirect Supervision of Production Team including press operators, rewinders, press helpersAnalyze production costs and inventory utilizing Lean Six Sigma to identify improvementsProven record of leading manufacturing teamsExamine processes and design plans to use available resources effectivelyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field10 years' experience in mid- or large-size flexographic print manufacturing5+ years of management experience in large-scale printing fieldExperience in plant management and manufacturing operationsStrong communication, management and supervisory skills
