Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, emphasizing key deliverables and desired outcomes. Serve as the primary contact working with product managers, technology teams and stakeholders from project initiation to final delivery. This role requires working onsite at the client's office two times a week to facilitate collaboration and communication.Prioritization : Own prioritization of product roadmaps for various scrum teams, addressing and escalating risks and challenges to ensure timely delivery, while keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Will also be responsible for effective sequencing of initiatives and ensuring delivery meets or surpasses expectations.Performance and monitoring:

Define and track key performance metrics for API usage, offline/batch services , platform scalability & uptime while making data driven decisions to optimize performance and ensure reliability.Customer Feedback & Market Research:

Gather and incorporate feedback from API users, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to improve API functionality, user experience, and performance.Drive Accountability : Partner with technology teams to drive accountability by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and escalating risks or issues as needed to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Documentation & Support:
