Responsibilities:
Assists the Director/Associate Director in supervising the activities and operation of the department's, Community Habilitation Services, In Home Respite Services, Intake process, Self-Directed Services, ISS, and DHHS Preventive Program. Ensures that all individuals receiving services completes person centered planning and utilizes self-directed services for service delivery.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 3 years of supervisory experience and 3 years of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Must have a valid New York State Driver's License, a reliable vehicle and meet Lifetime Assistance vehicle operator requirements. Must meet all OPWDD requirements and complete all necessary training during first six months in Position.
