Ensure all loaner cars are checked in and out following current policies and procedures.Maintain loaner cars to ensure they are neat, clean, and well-maintained.Address and follow up on customer needs related to loaner cars.Assist customers with Bluetooth and Navigation inquiries.Collaborate with Hertz/Enterprise to streamline the loaner process when necessary.Answer and direct incoming service department calls professionally.Maintain a polished and professional appearance.Qualifications:
Alignment with our core values: Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence.High school diploma or GED preferred; 2-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/experience.Strong customer relations skills and the ability to connect with customer inquiries.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor required.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
