Interactive Studio

team to oversee the production and execution of complex digital projects within heavily regulated industries.Project Manager Responsibilities:Schedule and lead

assessment meetings

to establish project scope, timelines, and compliance requirements for interactive projects in regulated sectors.Develop and manage

project schedules ,

scopes of work , and

estimates

for interactive digital solutions, ensuring all regulatory guidelines are met.Navigate internal

approval ,

editorial , and

regulatory review processes , ensuring all projects comply with industry standards (e.g.,

FDA ,

medical device regulations ).Serve as the key liaison between

accounts ,

editorial , and the

interactive studio

teams, managing day-to-day project progress and ensuring smooth communication across departments.Provide strategic

digital technology consultation

to set project parameters and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Act as the bridge between

technical

and

creative teams , ensuring projects align with both client needs and regulatory standards.Lead

production meetings

related to interactive projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Oversee the

routing process , dynamically managing the

reviewers list , and preparing all jobs for

ZINC

submission while ensuring regulatory compliance.Coordinate resources across

studio ,

programming , and

creative teams

to drive the successful delivery of interactive projects.Project Manager Requirements:5+ years of experience in

project management

within an

agency

environment, ideally with exposure to

pharmaceuticals ,

medical devices , or other

regulated industries .BA degree

or equivalent experience in

business ,

project management , or a related field.Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, especially within

pharmaceutical ,

medical device , or similar sectors.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with a focus on

compliance ,

quality assurance , and

timely delivery .Proven experience working in
