Sr. Premium Auditor

The candidate will be responsible for conducting physical and remote audits on Workers Compensation and General Liability policies consisting of large, multi-state, multi-location risks with premium averaging $100k+.

Selected candidate will be completing both physical and remote audits in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities:Auditor will be responsible for all aspects of field scheduling and inventory management.Resolving audit questions, disputes, and assisting with business development.Productive and professional audit service and relationships with producers and commercial underwriters are key components to successful performance.Performance measured by field productivity; audit service including quality and timeline.Compliance with established audit guidelines; collaboration with audit staff, underwriting and other Chubb business unitsThis position will work remotely, but is responsible to complete physical and remote audits for insured's, located in Illinois with the majority of the work being in the Chicago metro area..May occasionally assist other auditors in different territories, which could require travel to other states.Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of Premium Audit experienceDemonstrated proficiency with the following skills is required:

Strong written and verbal communication - ability to articulate a concise and engaging presentationHighly organized and superior time management skills - able to manage time and work assignments with little oversightConfident and consultative resolution skillsGeneral business knowledge and understanding of insurance products needed to provide value-added service

Ability to learn and articulate Chubb's underwriting philosophy and practices requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related softwareFour-Year college degree or relevant business experience in Premium Audit functionAPA or CPCU designation is preferred.Experience with Visual audit preferred.
