Position Summary
Our Food Service Manager is responsible for maximizing profitability, ensuring the safety of customers and employees, and building teams to exceed our customer's expectation and ensure they want to come back every day.
Key AccountabilitiesEstablish and maintain hands-on and direct oversight of daily food service operations, completion of daily paperwork, cash/banking transactions, placing orders, and appropriate company reportsUnderstand and practice strong inventory control methodsActively participate in all employee-related management functions including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivation, discipline, performance appraisal, conflict resolution, and the administration of human resources policies and initiatives.Understand and perform P&L analysisJob Requirements

Additional requirements include:
Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial resultsPrevious management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountabilityAbility to create and maintain a customer focused culture
