Role Description:
We are looking for a Business Banking Specialist to join our Deposit team! Business Banking Specialists provide service and support to commercial clients in an independent and creative environment. They are primarily responsible for enrollment in business online banking and the cash management products suite.
In this role you will:
Open new commercial accounts for clientsComplete documentation needed for enrollment of commercial products such as online banking, ACH and wire origination, remote deposit capture and mobile remote deposit capture, sweep accounts, account analysis, and positive payTroubleshoot client issues, both internally and with our core processor, to resolution and escalate as neededCross-sell bank services to existing and prospective clientsPossess clear and working knowledge of all products offered by the bank, including specific operational and compliance settings required to establish the product or serviceVerify personal and business identification documents (CIP/KYC) and archive supporting documentationBring excellent client service skills that will help you build professional relationships and curate interactions based on client motivations and needsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Have at least 1-2 years of banking experienceSales or customer service experience is preferredProficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Fiserv core-related products is preferredThrive working in a fluid environment with high autonomy, multitasking when required while also showing great attention to detailLove to collaborate to get to the best, most efficient outcomeBring excellent client care skills that will help you build professional relationships and curate interactions based on client motivationsShow curiosity and humility, while being open to new ideas and approach your work with a growth mindsetAre a team player and enjoy working with people to achieve the best and most efficient resultDisplay strong accountability and group responsibility for the customers we serve, taking on and performing tasksWhat we offer:
