They are the go-between for our customers and our setters and field technicians.?They communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and coworkers. Unlike other environments, this isn't just about making or taking phone calls. We balance an environment of not only communicating with multiple individuals, but also working on account workflows and data entry off the phone as well.Essential Duties:+ Answer phone calls, emails, and texts from customers and sales representatives in a timely manner+ Document pertinent information clearly?+ Communicate effectively and?professionally over multiple mediums and with great customer service+ Make outbound calls to verify customers, and confirm sales reps have all the information they need?+ Maintaining schedule through appointment creation and deletion on company softwareMinimum Qualifications:+ Ability to follow a script when applicable, but not always require one+ Effective time management, able to balance multiple moving pieces+ Show initiative in problem solving+ Work as a team, encourage others, and expect hard work+ Flexible schedule preferred, including options for work during evenings and Saturdays.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
