Overview
Responsible for providing coaching, training, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives, as well as managing process improvement projects within Revenue Cycle. Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, change leadership, and project management. Oversee the implementation and sustainment of initiatives and individual projects, collaborating closely with WPP leadership and their education team to advance the healthcare system. Will identify and develop best practices across the enterprise, coordinating and managing their implementation. Close collaboration with the education, training, and analytics teams is essential to ensure consistency and coordination.Department Description
