Join us on this exciting journey, where your contributions will make a lasting impact.How You'll Make an ImpactCollaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and UX teams to understand product features and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate those needs into user stories for Data & Analytics, technical, and engineering teams.
Develop a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals.
Be the CDP subject matter expert, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team.
Monitor vendor performance and provide regular updates to senior management to ensure relevancy and accuracy.
Deeply understand customer needs to define priorities, inspire the broader team, and deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities.
Build the product roadmap, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions.
Identify new products and features on behalf of the customer, leading 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results.
Collaborate with Sr PMs, Analytics, Engineering, and Business Leaders to drive scalable data solutions.
Define product strategy, create value, and impact the direction of products and the business.
Present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and build bridges across groups.
Own the product end-to-end by developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects.
Experience You'll BringBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, or related) or related experience with 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in managing Customer Data Platforms.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
