Job Title: Clean Room Assembly Tech
Job Description
Join a leading electronics manufacturer for the medical device industry as a Clean Room Assembly Tech. Enjoy a great work environment that is clean, quiet, air-conditioned, and meets static/electric safe standards.
Responsibilities
Stand 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic powered assembly/shuttle line.
Move circuit boards and various hardware via the pneumatic shuttle.
Read job sheets to understand what parts to place and where.
Place dime and quarter-sized pieces from bins by hand into circuit boards.
Operator A: Stand at work station putting parts the size of push tacks on circuit boards.
Operator B: Operate SMT machines or run testing machines on finished boards.
Operator C: Perform soldering work all day.
Work Environment
The entire production floor is clean room rated, ensuring a quiet and air-conditioned facility. There are no hi-lo or fork trucks on the floor, as everything is moved by pallet jacks. The available shifts are 2nd shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.). Employees must be available to work Saturdays as needed.
