Responsibilities:
As the
Production Supervisor,
you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of 20-25 employees, ensuring efficient and effective operations in the following departments:Coordinate and manage the production of precast concrete bed linesSupervise woodshop operationsOversee welding processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our production facility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement and execute workflow processesSchedule and track daily production goalsContinual coordination and communication with all departments.Obtain and maintain working knowledge of Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) regulations and ensure procedures are in place and followed.Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new production staff.Organizes and oversees employee schedules and work of production staff.Conducts performance evaluationsHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.Assists with implementing and conducting safety trainings.Qualifications:
Prior precast experience preferred, but not required.Proven leadership abilities, with a strong commitment to teamwork and employee development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
