About the Role:
The Vendor Compliance & Reporting Manager is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and coordinating Ferrero's vendor compliance requirements and claims activity for North America and Canada. Manage staff of analysts involved in research and validation of compliance-related claims, communicate and report on results while providing process improvement and system automation recommendations. Spearhead recovery of invalid claims taken by customers while collaborating with sales team to negotiate equitable settlements. Prepare, analyze, and distribute the monthly Order to Cash (OTC) reporting package to key stakeholders detailing results achieved against established targets. The Vendor Compliance & Reporting Manager is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and coordinating Ferrero's vendor compliance requirements and claims activity for North America and Canada. Manage staff of analysts involved in research and validation of compliance-related claims, communicate and report on results while providing process improvement and system automation recommendations. Spearhead recovery of invalid claims taken by customers while collaborating with sales team to negotiate equitable settlements. Prepare, analyze, and distribute the monthly Order to Cash (OTC) reporting package to key stakeholders detailing results achieved against established targets.
Main Responsibilities:• Supervise staff assigned to the research and validation of compliance-related deductions, including shortages, penalties, and returns. Staff includes deduction analysts responsible for validating or disputing claims.• Maximize overall efficiency of staff's handling of assigned claims, ensuring timely escalation is supported by detailed notes, maintaining DSW (days since worked) within industry standard.• Maintain data integrity of High Radius system, ensuring staff's proper use of action code type and root cause.• Process monthly write-off of valid claims to appropriate cost center, maintaining integrity by auditing large-dollar claims.• Oversee the monthly Compliance close process including all approvals and reporting.• Manage, review, and be knowledgeable with customers' vendor compliance manuals and routing guides.• Interface with various departments including customer service, logistics, sales, etc. for the purpose of identifying and resolving compliance related deductions.
Who we are looking for:• Preferred candidate will possess an Undergraduate Degree, with at least 4 years of experience working within CPG industry, having a clear understanding of the order execution process - from data entry to shipping.• Understanding of the Supply Chain Flow, from PO to product on the selling floor.• Experience with vendor compliance and routing guides.• Excellent analytical and follow-up skills.• Must be computer literate (Word & Excel) - knowledge of SAP and High Radius a plus.• Detail orientated with good verbal and written skills.
