As a Sr. Product Manager Associate in the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, you will drive adoption of the toolset through engagement with business and technical stakeholders. You will capture stakeholder use cases, recommend implementation approaches, and develop requirements to evolve the toolset to maximize value in relevant business workflows. You will prioritize product development activities and influence cross functional teams to meet stakeholder needs. Job responsibilities
Articulate product vision and contribute to development and execution of the product roadmapMaintain effective relationships with sponsors, and key partners to manage stakeholder expectations from requirement definition through deliveryAuthor business requirements, and supporting materials to convey business needs and support prioritizationDocument end-to-end processes and data flows, create training documentation, release notes and user guidesDirect extended feature team with clear guidance and prioritizationCollaborate with consumers and SMEs on toolset features and solution designIdentify and articulate enhancement opportunities, and functional gaps; apply creativity to solve/bridge such gaps.Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user storiesAuthor, contribute and confirm test plans, scripts, and success criteria; validate UAT test activities.Triage and prioritize testing, post implementation and production defectsSupport release events, prior/during/post deployment and maintain a current understanding of evolving data model and complex taxonomyRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis and/or Product Management role3+ years in a Product Owner role practicing ScrumProactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teamsHigh-level oral and written communication; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographiesAbility to build relationships and influence outcomesDetail oriented and analytical with good working knowledge of data and process designProficiency in Jira, MS Excel, VisioPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Prior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment preferredDocument Management experienceFamiliarity with data taxonomiesFamiliarity with JSON and XML formats
