Eaton’s ES AMER MCO division is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role located in our Beachwood, Ohio or Moon Township, PA facility.
What you’ll do:
The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic role on the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team in the Americas region of Eaton’s Electrical Sector. A subject matter expert at leveraging digital customer touchpoints to create a data-driven, personalized experience with our brand and enhancing the user experience to make it easy to engage with Eaton, the Digital Marketing Manager knows how to harness the full potential of Eaton’s web site and other digital tools. This position is responsible for collaborating closely with others on the Marketing Communications team to develop digital campaign strategies that build awareness, increase demand and generate/nurture leads. This role will identify the most effective mix of content and digital marketing tactics to achieve results, ensure the quality of the marketable database and use testing/analytics for informed decisions that improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively collaborate with the product and field MarCom teams to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial growth goals
Develop a deep understanding of the buyer, the buyer’s journey, personas and pain points
Recommend the most effective digital mix (web, email, paid media, organic social, video, webinars, etc.) based on objectives
Work with the global CoE to define, identify and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and page design
Ensure that a proper lead scoring model is in place to identify marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
Monitor performance of digital marketing initiatives based on campaign type and objective (e.g. awareness, demand generation), assess the impact and results against goals, report key findings, make sound recommendations from the data and rapidly adjust the approach for continuous improvement
Leverage the functionality of Adobe Target for testing and personalization
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and use of personally identifiable information (PII)
Ensure a positive and engaging Eaton.com and MyEaton user experience via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Understand enterprise taxonomies and drive consistent use across all systems
Leverage proficiencies with the tools in the marketing technology stack to increase efficiencies and results
Keep up to date on current digital trends, share knowledge with the team and implement new ideas as appropriate
Ensure that all digital communications adhere to Eaton’s brand standards, leverage enterprise standards for UI/UX and ensure brand experience consistency across platforms
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing strategy, execution and analytics
Relocation is not available. Candidates must live within 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH to be considered for role.
Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, analytics, lead generation, lead nurturing, account-based marketing, paid and organic social, sales enablement strategy
Expertise (or aptitude for developing expertise) with tools in the marketing technology stack
Expertise in analyzing digital marketing data
Electrical product, market and channel knowledge
•Aptitude for understanding and explaining highly technical information

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.
