We are looking for a creative and motivated college student with a passion for design to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This position offers hands-on experience working on various design projects, including promotional materials and digital assets. The ideal candidate has a good grasp of design fundamentals and is eager to develop skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print, including flyers, posters, website assets, and social media posts
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and contribute creative ideas
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
Assist in the creation of presentations and proposals, as needed
Edit and resize existing graphics to fit specific formats
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a student at Ensign College, taking at least 6 credits and in good academic standing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and time-management skills
Familiarity with digital and social media platforms is a plus

The starting wage for all student employees is $14.00 per hour with the possibility of $.25 rate increase each semester of continued work based on merit.
General Qualifications:
Be currently enrolled as an Ensign College student taking at least 6 credits and in good academic standing.
Ability to produce effective written correspondence through email and other written communication.
Have the ability to communicate effectively, listen and respond appropriately.
Be highly self-motivated, hard worker, creative, and has a great attention to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with the supervisor, team members, faculty, and staff.
Ability to solve problems and ask for clarification as needed.
