Job Description:

Hanwha Techwin America is seeing a talented Digital Marketing Manager to create, plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing channels and tasks including email marketing, social media posts, website optimization and digital content development. You will work closely with the SEO and Paid Search manager to grow marketing channels across paid media, SEO, PPC, email and SMS. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years' experience of digital marketing strategy and content development. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to author digital content for B2B email campaigns, social media posts, advertising, brochures and website that supports Hanwha Techwin's marketing campaigns and sales activities.

Responsibilities:• Produce, execute and manage SM campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.• Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.• Work closely with HTA's graphic design and cross functional teams to create and execute monthly communications and campaigns to Hanwha's various customer groups; end-users, dealers, consultants and distribution partners.• Monitor all KPIs and employ best practices to improve opens, clicks, delivery rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, etc.• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand email strategy performance.• Conduct research and write SEO rich content / articles / posts.• Create digital content for brochures, newsletters eblasts and other digital content.• Integrate email marketing strategy with social media posting.• Work closely with HTA's marketing, product management teams, and external agencies and to create various digital content; newsletter, brochure, internal communication, other.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited academic institution.• MBA or higher education degree in Digital Marketing and Media preferred.• 3+ years' related job experience.• 2+ years of experience with marketing automation/inbound marketing platforms; HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.• Experience creating and developing brochures, videos, presentations and social media posts.• Strong critical thinking capabilities to tie overall analytics data to content, email strategy and execution.• Positive, energetic, creative thinker and self-starter able to translate out-of-the-box ideas into actionable marketing strategy and actions.• Impeccable eye and extreme attention to detail.• Strong experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and web analytics.• Experience working with 3rd party advertising and media agencies.• Solid written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.• Proven experience managing successful B2B and B2C campaigns.• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.• Experience with inbound marketing platforms and demand generation channels and strategies.
